福寿草寄り添い咲き

暖かい早春の日差しとは言え風はまだ冷たく、本格的な春はもう少し先でのようです。福寿草が二つ寄り添うように咲いていました。

フランスパン生地リスドオルに砂糖と塩少しとイーストと水を加えて捏ねます。フードプロセッサーを使えば２分で捏ねることができます。ベーコンを巻き込んでハサミで切ります。2回発酵させてからオーブンで250℃15分焼いて出来上がりです。

在法國麵包麵團裏加入砂糖、鹽、酵母和水，捏好。 如果你用食物處理器，兩分鐘就能捏出來。 把培根卷進去用剪刀剪。 發酵2次後用烤箱烤250℃15分鐘就完成了。

It is Becon epi.

I add sugar and some salt and yeast and water to French bread dough RISUDOOR and knead it. I can knead it in two minutes if I use the food processor. I add Bacon and cut it with scissors. I bake it with an oven for 250 degrees Celsius 15 minutes after letting you ferment and am the completion twice.

いつもの産地直送マーケットで野菜詰め放題が開催されました。今朝開店と同時に参加して得られた戦果です。左に写っている小さなポリ袋に詰められるだけ詰めて300円でした。次の写真はこれを大きな袋に詰め直したものです。
