今日の弁当

今日の弁当は自家製鰆干物と卵焼きです。野菜は産直マーケットで買ったツルムラサキとササゲのごま和えです。人参や茸も一緒に和えました。連日の暑さのため今日の顔は冴えません。

今天的便當是自家制的馬拉松乾貨和煎雞蛋。蔬菜是在直銷市場買的蔓草和芝麻拌小豆角。胡蘿蔔和蘑菇也一起拌了。因為連日的暑熱，今天的臉不冷。

Today's box lunches are homemade Spanish mackerel dried fish and an omelet. Vegetables are the crane murasaki bought at a market direct from the farm and cowpea dish dressed with sesame sauce. Carrot and mushroom were also mixed together. It's every day, today's face doesn't become clear for the heat.

巨大スイカゲット

今日と明日はスイカ祭りです。いつもの産地直送マーケットで巨大スイカをゲットしました。私の顔の3倍以上の体積です。重量は14.2kgで過去最高です。二つに切っても大き過ぎて冷蔵庫には収まりません。さらに切って食べました。

「う～ん、甘くて美味しい」

今天和明天是西瓜節。在老產地直送市場得到了巨大的西瓜。是我臉的3倍以上的體積。重量14.2kg，是過去最高的。就算切成兩個也不能放到太大的冰柜裏。還切了吃。

“嗯~恩，又甜又好吃。”

Today and tomorrow are a watermelon festival. I got a huge watermelon at an usual market direct from the farm. More than 3 times of volume of my face. The weight is the past best by 14.2kg. Even if it's cut completely, it doesn't fit into a too big refrigerator. I cut more and ate. "Umm is sweet and good."

今日の弁当

今日の弁当は鰤の照り焼きとその汁で煮た野菜と卵焼きとほうれん草人参茸のごま和えです。それらの具材を使って顔もえがきました。

今天的便當是照燒鰤魚和用那個汁煮的蔬菜、煎雞蛋和菠菜人參的芝麻拌。我用了那些食材，臉也畫出來了。

Today's box lunches are yellowtail teriyaki and dish dressed with sesame sauce of the vegetables boiled by the soup, omelet and spinach carrot mushroom. A face was also drawn using those topping material.

梅雨明け祝い

今朝は三種類のお寿司を作りました。まず朝食には朴ノ木の葉っぱに乗せたちらし寿司です。次に油揚げを甘辛くじっくり煮込んだいなり寿司です。それと季節の野菜をたくさん巻き込んだ海苔巻きです。昨日名古屋地方は梅雨が明けました。やっと鬱陶しい雨季から解放されたお祝いです。

今天早上做了三種壽司。首先早飯是放在木質樹葉上的散壽司。接下來是將油豆腐煮得又甜又辣的煮壽司。還有，卷了很多當季蔬菜的海苔卷。

昨天名古屋地區出梅了。終於從陰鬱的雨季中解放出來的祝賀。

Three kinds of sushi was made this morning. First it's the sushi rice with a variety of vegetables put on a leaf in Hounoki for breakfast. Next the fried bean curd stuffed with sushi rice which boiled thin fried tofu bittersweetly carefully. And the norimaki in which many seasonal vegetables were involved. The rainy season was over in Nagoya area yesterday. The celebration freed from the gloomy rainy season finally.

特製ハンバーガー

手作りハンバーグと庭で育ったパセリや青紫蘇と2017年以来の糠床で漬けた茄子や胡瓜を自家製パンに挟みました。世界中で我が家でしか食べられない特製ハンバーガーです。決してジャンクフードとは言わせません。

手工漢堡和在院子裏長大的荷蘭芹、青紫蘇和2017年以來在糠床上醃制的茄子和黃瓜夾在自製麵包裏。這是全世界只有我們家才能吃到的特製漢堡。絕對不能說是垃圾食品。

A homemade hamburger, the parsley into which I grew at a garden, green perilla, the eggplant pickled by a rice bran bed since 2017 and cucumber were picked up in homemade bread. The special hamburger eaten only at my home all over the world. I never make them say junk food.
