東濃銘菓カラスミ

岐阜県東濃地方銘菓カラスミを作りました。ヨモギの緑色とローゼル(ハイビスカス)の赤色と無着色の三種類です。次の写真は赤色のローゼルの実です。次の次の写真はその花と実の写真です。

製作了岐阜縣東濃地方名果卡拉斯米。是艾草的綠色和薔薇（扶桑花）的紅色和無著色的三種。下麵的照片是紅色的薔薇果實。下一張照片是花和果實的照片。

Gifu- Prefecture　Tono local famous kind of cake dried mullet roe was made. Green of mugwort, red of ROZERU (hibiscus) and uncolored three kinds. The next picture is a fruit of red ROZERU. Pictures next to the next are the flower and a true picture.
