ギフチョウに会えました。

ギフチョウにやっと会えました。紅鮭と菜花の山葵和えとひじきと卵焼きのお弁当を持って弥勒山へ出かけました。ギフチョウには一年ぶりの再会でした。昨年会ったギフチョウの子どもたちかもしれません。

我終於見到了鳳蝶。 我帶著紅鮭魚、菜花的山葵拌菜、羊棲菜和煎雞蛋的便當去了彌勒山。 時隔一年再次見到了鳳蝶。 可能是去年見到的鳳蝶的孩子們。

At last I was able to encounter Gifu butterfly. I went to the Mt. Miroku with a sockeye and greens flower with wasabi and a brown alga and the lunch of the omelet. It was the first reencounter in a year to Gifu butterfly. The Gifu butterfly which encountered may be the children of the Gifu butterfly which encountered last year today.

ワラビ

今年は季節の変化がとても速いようです。例年だといつもの散歩道に４月半ば頃にやっと出てくるワラビが昨日こんなにたくさん採れました。さっそくあく抜きをして、ちらし寿司の具にしました。爽やかな初夏の味覚です。

今年的季節變化好像很快。 往年的話，在平時的散步道上，4月中旬才出現的蕨菜昨天采了這麼多。 馬上去掉澀味，做成了散壽司的配菜。 清爽的初夏的味覺。

A seasonal change seems to be very fast this year. The bracken which at last came out to the usual promenade in around the middle of April when it was an average year was produced so a lot yesterday. I did omission to open promptly and did it to ingredients of the chirashi-sushi. It is taste of the refreshing early summer.
