先日、フレンチ洋食というジャンルの料理を食べてきました。
フレンチの技術を、洋食のメニューに応用するということですが、
手軽なワインも揃っていて使い勝手がいいビストロといった感じ。
写真はメインのブイヤベースですが、リゾットも楽しめて大満足!
ハンバーグと赤ワインという組合せも美味しく。また来ようかな。

Enjoyed french-style, western dishes before.
That means french cooking techniques applied for western foods such as
hamburg steak, soop, and so on.
It was a kind of convienient bistro with a lot of reasonable wines.
The pic is the main dish, bouilla baisse, which was also good for risotto.
I really enjoyed a hamburg steak and a glass of red wine.
