カリュアド・ド・ラフィット 2006 （Carruades de Lafite 2006）

ちょっとした気の迷いなのか・・・
少しいいワインを大人買いしてしまいました。
これもその中の１つ、かの五大シャトーの一角、ラフィットのセカンドです。

そのままの感触は、アロマはポテンシャルを感じるけど、
舌触りはやはり「若い・・・」。
１０～１５年は寝かせられると言われるものですが、
それでも、そんじょそこらのものよりは美味しい～♪
明日になればもっと美味くなるかも？（期待）

ちなみに、料理はちょっと凝ったつくりのボロネーゼです。^^

Some crazy angel forced me to buy some precious wines...
This is one of them; the Carruades de Lafite 2006,
the second-grade wine made by the 5 major bordeaux chateau.

Its aroma made me feel its great potential,
but the taste was too young for me to feel great.
This wine would be served best from 10 to 15 years later;
however, drinking now is enough to make me happy.
It would become better tomorrow...

The pasta behind was cooked with new recipe; it was so nice!
