雑誌「一個人」の「男のイタリアン」特集を
ようやく年末に熟読できたので、今年の初自炊はパスタ2種類!
ペンネアラビアータと、余ってたゴルゴンゾーラチーズを使った
クリームパスタと洒落込んでみました♪
思わず紅白となって、少し正月らしく縁起いいかな?(笑)
問題は・・・一人には多かった・・・^^;;;

During the year-end holidays, I enjoyed reading the article,
"Ikkojin," a Japanese magazine for mens' lifestyle;
it features "Italian cooking for men."
So, my first cooking in 2010 were "Penne all'Arrabbiata"
and "Cream pasta with Gorgonzola."
(I could use Gorgonzola cheeze I used last year)
Didn't mean it; but it showed red/white pasta.
(In Japan, this combination is popular and celebrating.)
The problem was... they were too much for myself...
