今週末は真夏のような日差しで快晴！
ちょっと暑かったんですが、職場の人たちと六甲トレックに行ってきました。
芦屋川駅からロックガーデンを経て、風吹岩を目指すコースで片道１～１．５時間程度
なんですが、結構急な登坂部分もあり、ちょっぴりきついけど達成感あり♪
人によっては結構こたえた（
）ようですが、徐々に慣れていきますよ。
なんたって、小学生でも登れるんですから。
（まぁ、富士山も幼稚園児が登っていますが）

Great sunny day yesterday, so we visited Mr.Rokko with colleagues.
It was 1-1.5 hours trekking to the "Kazefuki-iwa," which gives us nice view of Kobe-city,
from Ashiyagawa-station on Hankyu-line through Ashiya Rock Garden.
Some parts were a little bit hard for beginners, but that hardness would have given them the sense of accomplishment, I guess.
At first, it might be hard.
But, soon they will get used to it.
Even elementary school boys/girls can do that...
