起業シミュレーション (Entrepreneurship In Action)

もうすぐP5も終わりに近づいていますが、
全体的にのほほんと言う雰囲気の中、
一部の学生達は5日間の週末集中授業に参加しております。
まぁ、僕のそんな学生達の１人なんですが。

授業の題目は『起業シミュレーション』で、シミュレーションソフトを使って、
電気製品？のベンチャー企業を株式公開レベルまで持っていくというものです。
目的として、
・限られた時間で決断を下す
・ベンチャー企業のダイナミクス
・現金が底を突く（→倒産の危機！）
などを体験すると言うものです。

昨日も夜8時まで授業があり、今朝のプレゼンのため深夜まで居残り、
今日は朝10時から夜の8時半まで。で、明日も・・・
といった具合です。

マーケティングや組織行動論でも行いましたが、
Inseadには優れたシミュレーションソフトが多い気がします。
時に熱いディスカッションなどで衝突することもありますが、
今回はチームメンバー（セルビアx1、インドx2、エジプトx1、日本x1）にも
恵まれて笑いが絶えず、しんどいながらも楽しくやってます。

Now that our promotion is coming to the end,
everybody is not so serious for studying...
However, some people are participating in the concentrated class
held during this whole weekend (5 straight days).
I'm also the one of them.

This is "Entrepreneurship In Action."
Using simulation software, we can experience how to run a venture
business of durable products in consumer electronics.
The objectives consist of:
- Decision making within limited time
- Dynamics of venture business
- Experiencing running out of CASH (meaning the financial crisis).

We had a class yesterday from 14:00 to 20:00;
then we had to have a group work for presentation this morning till midnight.
Even so, today's class started at 10:00 through 20:30, repeating tomorrow as well...

I think that Insead offers a lot of good simulations in such as
marketing and organizational behaviour.
Although we had serious discussion so often,
we are really enjoying studying maybe because, I think,
we have great team members consisting of
- Servian x1
- Indian x2
- Egyptian x1
- Japanese (me!) x1
It's really fun!

However, I'm still in class...2 more days to go...^^;
