パカレのヌーボーは熟成しても美味しいので、ヴァン・ド・プリムールと言います。
今年は３本。鴨のパテも購入し、うち飲みに向けて準備は万端です（笑）。
今年は昨年、一昨年より新酒っぽい酸味が強いかな？

Finally, I have had a "Vin de Premeur 2010" by Philippe Pacalet!
I love his beaujolais as it can be aged and gives great flavor.
Got 3 bottles and "Pate de Canard" this year;
I'm now ready for house party again!
FYI, this year's Beaujolais feels fresher than that of last year and two years ago, I think.
