おうち紹介 (My House in France)

どうも最近、友人達の間で料理や家の紹介が流行っている（？）らしいので、
料理に続いて、我が家の紹介でもしたいと思います。

場所は、学校のあるフォンテーヌブローから北東方面へ車で約15分ほど、
ボワ・ル・ロワという村の、セーヌ川沿いです。
この辺りはやや別荘地帯っぽい雰囲気を備えていて、
いわゆるシャトー（お城）っぽい雰囲気の家もけっこう見られます

家は9人で共有していて、僕（日本）以外には、イスラエル、モロッコ、
スウェーデン、韓国、ロシア、ポルトガル、インドそしてドイツから
やってきています。うまく国籍が分かれていますね。^^

僕は2階の1室を借りており、家賃は940ユーロと1人暮らしにはやや高めですが、
WiFiや乾燥機のほか、家財道具も必要最低限は揃っており、
税金やガーデニング費用、保険も込みこみなのでまぁそれなりにお得です。

目の前をセーヌ川が通っているので、犬の散歩やジョギング、サイクリングを
する人達をよく見かけますね。(^_-)-☆

It seems popular among my friends abroad to introduce their cooking and
residence, so I follow them this time.^^

My house locates in the village named "Bois Le Roi," northwest, 15 minutes drive from Fontainebleau where Insead locates.
As you can see, my house stands in front of Seine River, which is very nice.
There are a lot of big houses like "Chateau" around here.

I share my house with other 8 participants of Insead;
they are from Israel, Morroco, Sweden, South Korea,
Portugal, India, and Germany.
Although we did not contact with each other, good mix of nationalities.

I rent one of the rooms in the first floor by 940 euros,
which is a little expensive for one person.
However, my room rent includes WiFi internet, drying machine (share),
insurance, gardening expense, tax, and necessary household stuffs.
I think it's not so expensive, considering these features.

I often find the people who jog, enjoy cycling,
and take for a walk with their dogs in front of my house.
This would be because the beautiful scenery around here.)
