今年は庭の朴ノ木がたくさん花を咲かせましたが今日で最後の一輪となりました。記念に今日の朝ごはんは朴葉味噌にしました。生姜とキノコと鰹節と味噌を焼いて山椒の木の芽を添えました。その他には卵焼き、糠漬け胡瓜、黒豆、切干大根、納豆、牛乳、自家製味噌の味噌汁など定番です。
今年朴樹開了很多花,但今天是最後一輪了。為了紀念今天的早飯吃了樸葉醬。把生薑、蘑菇、柴魚、味增烤一下,再加上花椒樹的芽。其他的還有煎雞蛋、米糠醃黃瓜、黑豆、蘿蔔乾、納豆、牛奶、自家制味增湯等。
