朝夕めっきり寒くなってきました。原木栽培している椎茸はもうこれ以上大きくなりそうもありません。収穫して調理しました。焼いておろしショウガを添えました。茶碗蒸しにしました。こちらの椎茸は恥ずかしがり屋さんで表面には顔を出してくれません。
早晚顯著地變冷了。 原木栽培的香菇已經不能再長了。 收穫後烹飪了。 烤後配了生薑。 蒸雞蛋了。 這邊的香菇是個害羞的人，不會露在外面。
