信州郷土料理オヤキです。中身の餡は切り干し大根の煮物と蕪の葉っぱの炒め炒め物です。これに栄養バランスを考えて竹輪のセロリ詰めと卵焼きなどを添えて今日の昼ご飯としました。

Shinshu local food OYAKI. The contents is a frying stir-fry of cooked vegetables of dried chipped radish and a leaf of turnip. Nutrient balance was considered in this, celery packing of a kind of fish sausage and an omelet were added and it was made today's lunch.
