

なるべく自分の庭で採ったり自分で作ったりした材料を使ったちらし寿司です。朴の葉、茗荷の花、大葉、春に採って塩漬け保存しておいた蕨、自家製紅生姜、昆布と干し椎茸の煮付け、茹でオクラと茹で海老、酢蓮根、錦糸卵、胡瓜などです。
儘量用自己在院子裏採摘或自己製作的資料做成的散壽司。 樸葉、茗荷花、大葉、春天採摘並醃制保存的蕨菜、自製紅薑、海帶和幹香菇的燉菜、煮秋葵和煮蝦、醋蓮藕、錦線蛋、黃瓜等。
I made chirashi-sushi using the materials which I adopted in own garden and the materials which I made by oneself. The leaf of Hoh and the flower theJapanese ginger were produced in the garden. I picked the bracken in spring and stored food preserved in salt. Red pickled ginger and kombu and the hard-boiled dried shiitake and boiled okra and a boiled shrimp and a vinegar lotus root and a shredded omelet and a cucumber are used.
