今日は朝から棒餃子

今日は朝から手製の棒餃子です。台湾でよく食べた猪肉鍋貼の味が忘れられなくて記憶を頼りに自分で作ってみました。ホットプレートで焼きながら食べました。本場ものには遠く及びませんがとても美味しかったです。

今天是自製的棒餃子。 我永遠不會忘記在臺灣吃的豬肉鍋貼味道，所以我依靠自己的記憶來製作它。 我一邊吃，一邊用熱盤烤。 位置很好，離酒店很近。

Today is homemade stick Chinese meat dumplings from a morning. The taste of wild boar fleshpot chou which often ate in Taiwan wasn't forgot, and a memory was made with itself for a reliance. I ate while baking it by an electric cooking plate. I didn't come to a genuine product far, but it was very good.
