Rikejiiにとって蝶以外の虫たちには親しい知り合いはいません。～類の仲間くらいとしか存じ上げてはおりませぬ。

茗荷寿司

今年は茗荷の大豊作。

先日我が家の庭で収穫した大量の茗荷をラッキョウみたいに甘酢漬けにしました。そろそろ食べ頃になったので今日は茗荷寿司にしました。季節感満載でとても美味しくできました。

今年是茗荷大豐收。

前幾天在我家院子裏收穫的大量茗荷像花生一樣用糖醋醃制。 差不多到吃的時候了，今天做了茗荷壽司。 充滿季節感，非常好吃。

This year is a bumper crop of the Japanese ginger.

Sweet like a pickled shallot in a large quantity of Japanese ginger which harvested the other day in a garden of my home; pickled it. I had Japanese ginger sushi today soon as it became ready to be eaten. It was made it was full of senses of the seasons, and very delicious.

茗荷大豊作

我が家の庭ではミョウガの大豊作です。さてこんなにたくさんのミョウガをどうやって食べようかなぁ。

我家院子裏茗荷大豐收。 那麼這麼多茗荷怎麼吃呢。
