油川市民センターで行われるかかし表彰式に来ました。家族連れで賑わっています。
昨日、待望の囲碁二段の免状が、日本棋院から届きました。二段の免状に恥じない碁を打ちたいと思います。今日、ОＢ会囲碁サークルのメンバーと、2017青森囲碁フェスティバル・団体戦に出場します。大いに楽しみたいと思います。
昨日の夜は、市民室内プールの水泳教室を受講しました。前半は、背泳ぎのドリルを。後半は、バタフライのドリルを練習しました。佐々木コーチが一言。「背泳ぎは、お尻の穴に力を入れ、骨盤を上げることを意識しましょう。」背泳ぎのドリルで体がだいぶほぐれて来ました。
昨日の午後、英会話レッスンを受講しました。囲碁教室と囲碁の免状の話題で盛り上がりました。5日連続で楽しくレッスンを受けることができました。
