昨日、ピアノレッスンを受講しました。舘田先生が一言。「ピアノ発表会は、来年1月27日（土）、青森公立大学国際交流ハウスで行います。」先生との「♪ちょうちょう」の連弾と「♪夜明けのスキャト」のソロです。残り3カ月をしっかり練習したいと思います。
直虎は、災害を防ぐため井伊谷に甚兵衛の松を植える。植林で自然を守ることは、昔も今も変わらず大切なことだと思う。一方、虎松は、持ち前の才覚で家康に気に入られ、小姓となる。ドラマも終盤に入り、どう展開していくのか楽しみです。
昨夜、油川市民センターで行われた「かかしロード280」報告会及び懇親会に出席しました。永井実行委員長から、取り組み状況の報告の後、和やかに懇親しました。司会から指名され、我が町会では、大人と子供が協力して製作したことをお話ししました。改めて多くのサポーターやボランティアで支えられていることがわかりました。

昨日の午前中、書道サークルで書道の練習をしました。「天高気清（てんこう-きこう）」を行書で書きます。この意味は、「秋の空が高く、すっきりと晴れ渡っていて、空気がさっぱりとしていること。」秋が深まるこの季節に相応しい四文字熟語です。三浦先生が一言。「力が入る過ぎです。筆を止めないこと。」まず筆を持つ指の力を抜いてみようと思います。
昨日、英会話レッスンを受講しました。パスポートを取得したこと、セレクマニラ校への留学のことを話題にして会話が盛り上がりました。先生から一言。「レッスンの時は、日本語をいっさい使わないようにしましょう！」チャレンジしたいと思います。

昨日の午後、久しぶりに野木和公園を訪れました。紅葉と落葉で秋の深まりを感じます。

午前中は、古川市民センタープールでの5回目の水泳教室を受講しました。前半は、スカーリングを。後半は、背泳ぎ、バタフライのドリルを練習しました。北谷コーチが一言。「バタフライでは、キックを下に深く蹴ることと胸を張ることによってストロークがし易くなります。」ドルフィンキックのフィーリングが良くなってきました。とても充実した練習ができました。
海鮮組さんのお弁当を美味しくいただきました。
お店のチラシを見て驚きました。看板メニューの海鮮丼2,800円が半額の1,400円で食べられます。今度ニコニコさんや娘と一緒に利用したいと思いました。

昨日の夜、油川市民センターまつりの慰労会＆反省会に出席しました。各団体のリーダーが、取り組んだ感想を述べました。実行委員長の葛西清光さんが一言。「このセンターまつりは、みなさんの協力で地域の絆を深める役割を担っています。将来は油川地区の文化祭にすることが夢です。」油川市民センター活性化協議会とは、寿大学や町内会を通じてこれからも連携して行きたいと思います。
昨日の午前中は、市民室内プールの8回目の水泳教室を受講しました。前半は、クロールのドリルを。後半は、平泳ぎのドリルを練習しました。平泳ぎでは、呼吸の時に、膝の力を抜くことができるようになりました。佐々木コーチが一言。「どの泳ぎも指先に全体重を乗せる意識が大切です。」だんだん寒くなってきたので、風邪を引かないように気を付けて、教室に通いたいと思います。
