Indian Milk Danger???

The article says that Indian milk is dangeous to drink because of contaminated bad substance.
And saying at the last part, it is like the same way China did, contaminating melamine into milk.

It doesn't make me any sence that Indian did such an adultry.
Because you know, for them, COW treated like GOD or Friend or very special livings.
For this reason, it is hard to believe that they did contaminate milk for bad...

Despite of that they found contaminated milk, 
I think there may be some conspiracies behind.
Yes, I may be too suspicious... 
Milk products are very popular in India and if those product alternated from Indian to Foreign, I can imagine it brings lots of money.
I assume anything can be possibly happened place like some part of India...
some part could be less surveillance...

Money flouting should not be encauraged by bad influence that I hope.
If the milk was contaminated by bad substances,
they should find out what, where and why...
