DO-1 SEWINGの清本さんと鈴木さんが来店頂きまして、詳細の打ち合わせを！

ここで僕も色々と注文をつけてしまいましたので、大変面倒な事になりまして、

（本来オーダーのドレスシャツの工場ですからカジュアルな仕立ては難しいので、熟練されました

一人の職人さんが、一枚づつ作るとかなり非効率な生産となりました。）

裁断に関しても通常はコンピューター管理の裁断機が行っているのですが、総柄合わせの為、職人さんの

手裁断で行っております。

通常の運針数21針から16針まで荒くし、洗い加工後にパッカリングが出るよう施しています。

 

またこの場合通常はチェーンステッチ(環縫)ミシンを使用しますが、弊社は本縫いのみを使用。

 

その為カジュアルになり過ぎない、絶妙な雰囲気になります。

 

ステッチも2本針ではなく、一つ一つステッチを施しています。

 

製品完成後の洗い加工も一枚一枚洗濯機で洗いまして、天日干しで乾燥も行っている為、過度の縮みもなくて

 

ワークシャツですが、ドレス工場が仕立てた雰囲気が演出されています。

 

こんな感じでかなり贅沢なワークシャツなんです。

そして、やっとサンプルが出来上がってきました！
