この夏のダイエット法 (My secret of diet this summer)

トレッキングです(笑)。

今日も歯医者の予約をすっ飛ばし(電話が通じなかったので・・・)、
朝から日本百名山の1つ、滋賀県の最高峰、伊吹山(1,377m)を制覇してきました♪

普通は5合目とかから始まる登山ですが、ここはなんと0合目から。^^;
1合目に着いたときに、すでにゼーハー、3合目に着いたときは倒れそうでした・・・
が、5合目でビールを飲んで復活!で、4時間弱で頂上へ・・・つらかった・・・

頂上からの眺めは抜群、流石に滋賀の最高峰です。(琵琶湖も見えます)


ちなみに、今日は日本アルプス縦走をにらみ、山小屋泊用のフル装備で臨みました。
いいトレーニングになった感があります。^-^
(ところで、今日は体重▲2kg、体脂肪率▲1.0%と上出来です♪)

The secret is... trekking!
In fact, you can lose your weight through trekking;
it is not so easy but interesting and healthy!

Anyway, I visited "Mt. Ibuki," one of the 100 great mountains in Japan and
the highest mountain in Shiga prefecture (1,377m).
The trekking gate starts at the foot of the mountain, so you have to climb up
almost 1,000m in short range.
It was so hard that I had almost gave up at the 1st station out of 10 up to the top...

#Between you and me, I was energized by the cold beer I drank at the 5th station...

The view from the top was great and you can visit there by car as well.
(Yeah, I trekked to the top even I can drove there...)

Today, I lost 2kg in weight and 1.0 point in body fat percentage.
Yes, my method is working...
