アルタ・エゴ 2004 （Alter Ego 2004）

今日は久しぶりに自炊フレンチ♪
ラタトゥイユに、塩豚のローストを合わせて、ちょっと贅沢に
アルタ・エゴの2004年をあけてみました♪

ちょっとラタトゥイユのトマト味が弱かったのですが、
塩豚のローストは良い感じ♪
久しぶりのボルドーワインも堪能～♪

あぁ、仕事復帰したくない・・・と思う今日この頃です（苦笑）。

Roasted pork (previously salted for several days)
and my favorite ratatouille are good match with each other;
and I enjoyed "Alter Ego 2004" with them tonight.

Maybe I should have used tomato juice more when cooking ratatouille,
but loved roasted pork which I challenged for the first time today.
Of course, great red wine was really good...

I wish I could spend more holidays...but have to resume next Monday...
