アマトリチャーナ （amatriciana）

留学（旅？）ブログから一転、料理ブログへと変貌？
最近はあまり遠出する機会もないので・・・温泉行こうかなぁ。

で、このアマトリチャーナ、ローマ地方の
トマトと玉ねぎがメインのパスタ。
ガツンと来る味が気に入っていて（作るのも楽♪）、
ちょっと凝ってます。^^
今日は焼き野菜サラダも添えてみました♪
バルサミコ酢がきいていて美味・美味♪

・・・さ、週末の仕事を片付けないと。。。

Having no plan to travel even in Japan,
I'm making cooking blog these days instead of studying abroad (travel?).
Wanna go hot springs to relax...

This amatriciana, Italian pasta with tomatos and onions, is
very good and easy to cook; additionally, it tastes goooood!
Today, I added a grilled vegetables with balsamico sauce which was also nice.

Well, it's time to start working, maybe...
