実は最近鍋がマイブーム。
キムチ鍋、水炊き、ねぎま鍋、などで少し飽き気味。
ということで、ちょっと趣向を変えて今夜は湯豆腐でっす。
真ん中につけダレを置いて、熱いままでふーふー♪
ラガービールが合いますなぁ。^^

Am crazy about eating "Japanese nabe" in this winter season!
Tried a lot of traditional ones such as "Korean pickle nabe,"
"Mizutaki (nabe mainly with chicken)," and so on;
a bit tired of eating them.
So, i challenged "Boiled tofu" ("Yudofu" in Japanese) today.
You can eat Tofu and other vegetables with warmed "sauce" in the middle of pic.
Yeah, i really love lager beer with this nabe...

つけだれを真ん中に置くとか知らなかった…!
やっとつわりがおさまりつつあり、
栄養のあるものが食べたい気持ちになりました♪
つけダレを温めると、食べるときもハフハフで食べれていいよー。
ちなみに、この場合は先日のリエットの器を利用してるけど(苦笑)。
