ジュヴレイ・シャンベルタン 2001 （Gevrey Chambertin 2001）

ご無沙汰しております。最近はどうも筆不精（ネタ無し？）で・・・

近頃は残暑がぶり返してますが、涼しくもなってきたので、
ブルゴーニュのワインが飲みたくなり・・・
置いてあったジュヴレイ・シャンベルタンを開栓～♪
ドメーヌはよく分かりませんが、老木から作られているので
味はすこしまろやか～♪
出来たらデキャンタしたほうがいいんだろうな、と思いつつも
パスタと共に堪能しております。

それにしても、最近ゲリラ雨が多くて外出しにくい。
温泉いきたい・・・

Reluctant to write down my daily life...(or due to lacking of topics?)

Recent late summer days really make me tired.
But I feel a scent of fall everywhere, so opened one of the Burgandy wines I have: Gevrey Chambertin 2001 (Domaine des Beaumont).
This wine was made of old trees, giving a taste of aged wines even if it had not been aged for more than 10 years.
Using a decanta would be better; but it was not bad.

Anyway, we have sudden rains these days, making me at home.
Wanna visit hot springs to relax...
