The Rikugi Garden was built as a mansion of Yoshiyasu Yanagisawa, who was a high-rank officer of Tokugawa government, in 1702. It has been famous as the one of the best gardens in the Edo and Tokyo since then. The garden is the best one in the Tokyo, I think.

Lots of green balloons are on the wire fence. An old woman of the neighbor picks up the brown one to break and shows me the black seeds. She insists the seed resembles to Panda cat. Surely, the seed is separated in black and white.
