今日の昼ご飯は朴葉寿司です。我が家の庭の朴の木が今年も大きな葉っぱをたくさん着けました。お寿司の具材は蟹蒲鉾と錦糸玉子と糠漬け胡瓜と椎茸と紅生姜と海苔と山椒の芽などです。
今天的午餐是朴葉壽司。 今年,我們花園裡的朴樹也穿了很多大葉子。 壽司的成分包括牡蠣、玉子和醃制的鬍子、椎間盤、紅生薑、海苔和山藥芽。
Today's lunch is Hohbasushi. Magnolia hypoleuca in a garden of my home also had many big leaves this year. Topping material of sushi is a sprout of crab boiled fish paste, fried egg cut like thread, cucumber of vegetables pickled in rice-bran paste, shiitake mushroom, red pickled ginger, laver and Japanese pepper.
