庭に自生している蕗が生い茂ってきたので伽羅蕗を作ることにしました。いつものようにレシピはインターネットで検索するとたくさんヒットします。それらのうちでもっとも簡単で美味しそうにできるものを選択してアレンジしました。
結果は３番目の写真のように大成功でした。
因為院子裏野生的胡枝子長得很茂盛，所以决定做角色布。 和往常一樣，食譜在網上蒐索的話會大受歡迎。 我選擇了其中最簡單最好吃的東西進行了整理。結果就像第三張照片一樣大獲成功。
The butterbur that grows naturally in the garden has become overgrown, so I decided to make a silk butterbur. As always, recipes get a lot of hits when I search the internet. I selected and arranged the easiest and most delicious of them. The result was a great success as shown in the third photo.
