ご近所様から採れたてキュウリをたくさんいただきました。さっそく新鮮なうちに漬物にしました。まずはキュウリのQちゃん漬けです。醤油と味醂と酢で味つけしました。まだまだたくさんあるから残りは一晩塩漬けにしてから再び砂糖と味醂で漬け込みました。どちらも二三日で食べられると思います。楽しみです。
