梅仕事です。

① 今年も近所の人からこんなにたくさんの梅をいただきました。

② 塩漬け。

③ 果汁浸出。

④ 紫蘇の葉を水洗乾燥

⑤ 塩揉み

⑥ 再漬け込み

梅雨が明けたら真夏の直射日光で土用干しです。自然の恵みに感謝し、今年も健康で梅仕事ができる幸を実感しています。

梅工作。

① 今年也從附近的人那裡得到了這麼多梅花。

②鹽醃。

③果汁浸出。

④將紫蘇葉水洗乾燥

⑤鹽揉搓

⑥再醃制

梅雨結束後，在盛夏的陽光直射下曬土用。 感謝自然的恩惠，今年也切身感受到了健康的梅花工作的幸福。

If the rainy season is over, it is summer airing by direct rays of the sun of the midsummer. I appreciate blessings of nature and realize the good luck that plum work is possible with health this year.
