朴葉寿司

今日の朝ごはんは朴葉寿司です。具材は蟹蒲鉾と卵焼きと椎茸昆布と紅生姜と糠漬け胡瓜と山椒の木の芽などです。
外で食べる時はこれを包んで紐で縛るのですが今朝このまま全部食べてしまいます。

今天的早飯是樸葉壽司。食材有蟹肉、煎雞蛋、香菇海帶、紅薑、米糠醃黃瓜和花椒樹芽等。

今天早上把繩子包在外面吃。

Today's breakfast is Hohba sushi. Topping materials are sprout of crab boiled fish paste, omelet, shiitake mushroom seaweed, red pickled ginger and cucumber of vegetables pickled in rice-bran paste and Japanese pepper young leaves.
When eating outside, this is wrapped and it's tied by string, but I eat completely just as it is this morning.

今日の晩ごはん

今日の晩ごはんは鮪の握り寿司と同じく鮪の鉄火巻き寿司です。これだけでは栄養のバランスを保てないからほうれん草人参茸のごま和えと大根胡瓜の糠漬けを付け加えました。

今天的晚飯和金槍魚的飯團壽司一樣是金槍魚的鐵火卷壽司。僅僅這樣是無法保持營養平衡的，所以就加了菠菜人參和芝麻拌蘿蔔黃瓜和米糠醃蘿蔔。

Like the hand-rolled sushi by which today's supper is tuna, tuna roll sushi. Because a nutritional balance couldn't be kept only with this, dish dressed with sesame sauce of spinach carrot mushroom and vegetables pickled in rice-bran paste of Japanese radish cucumber were added.

朴ノ木の花

我が家の庭の朴ノ木の花が咲きました。今年の開花はこれで三つです。つぼみはあと六つあります。一度に全部咲くのも豪華でいいのですがこのように少しずつ咲いてくれるのも楽しみが長く続いていいものです。

我家院子裏的木柴花開了。今年的花開有三個。花苞還有六個。一次全開也很豪華，但是像這樣一點點地開也能讓人期待長久。

A flower in Hounoki in a garden of my home bloomed. This year's bloom is three with this. There are six more buds. It also is luxurious and is a good one for everything to bloom together, but the pleasure may also continue for this a short while lengthily blooming.

いつものハイキング

今日はお弁当を持っていつもの春日井三山大谷山を登りました。天気は曇りでしたが山をおりて車に乗ったら雨が降りだしました。天気予報が的中し、雨具を出さずにすみました。

今天帶著便當去爬了平時的春日井三山大谷山。雖然天氣是陰天，但是下山坐車的時候下雨了。天氣預報準確，沒有拿出雨具。

Mt. usual Kasugai three mountain Otani was climbed with a box lunch today. The weather was cloudy, but if I come down a mountain and drive a car, it has begun to rain. A weather forecast didn't have to hit and take out rainwear.

今日の弁当

今日の弁当は自家製紅鮭干物と卵焼きと大根の葉っぱ炒めと切り干し大根などです。
先日の大根収穫体験で収穫した大根を食べ尽くすのはたいへんです。
今日の顔は莢豌豆の眉と黒豆の目と蓮根の鼻と紅生姜の口です。

今天的便當是自家制紅鮭魚幹、煎雞蛋、炒蘿蔔葉和蘿蔔乾蘿蔔片等。吃盡前幾天收穫蘿蔔的體驗收穫的蘿蔔是很不容易的。

今天的臉是莢豌豆的眉毛、黑豆的眼睛、蓮藕的鼻子和紅薑的嘴。

Today's box lunch is homemade sockeye dried fish, an omelet, Japanese radish leaf fry and dried chipped radish. It's serious to eat the Japanese radish harvested by the other day's Japanese radish profit experience up. Today's faces are the eyebrows of the field pea, an eye of black soybeans, a nose of lotus root and the mouth of red pickled ginger.
