今日の朝ごはん

今日の朝ごはんは三種類おにぎりです。写真左からぬか漬け蕪の葉の目張り寿司、真ん中がおぼろ昆布おにぎり、右端が海苔おにぎりです。後ろには顔付き蕪ぬか漬け、小松菜キノコ油揚鰹節炒め、酢蓮根焼き竹輪、焼き魚肉ソーセージなどが控えております。三つのおにぎりは密着していますが新型コロナ感染の心配はありません。

だっておにぎり三兄弟だから。

今天的早飯是三種飯團。 照片左邊是米糠醃蕪菁葉的張力壽司，中間是海帶松，右邊是海苔飯團。 後面有帶顏的蕪菁醃菜、小松菜蘑菇油炸鰹魚幹、醋蓮藕烤竹輪、烤魚肉香腸等。 三個飯團緊貼在一起，但是不擔心COVID-19冕感染。

因為是飯團三兄弟。

原木椎茸の収穫

朝夕めっきり寒くなってきました。原木栽培している椎茸はもうこれ以上大きくなりそうもありません。収穫して調理しました。焼いておろしショウガを添えました。茶碗蒸しにしました。こちらの椎茸は恥ずかしがり屋さんで表面には顔を出してくれません。

早晚顯著地變冷了。 原木栽培的香菇已經不能再長了。 收穫後烹飪了。 烤後配了生薑。 蒸雞蛋了。 這邊的香菇是個害羞的人，不會露在外面。
