I just received feedback from a lady accompanied last week(^.^)
先週着物スタイリスト同行ご用命のかたの声です(^.^)
Q1: Was this event (service) meeting your expectation? Yes. It was fun!
Q2: How did you feel about price setting? Quite reasonable!
Q3: Would you like to come (use) again? Hmmmm…probably not—because I have other people to help me who are also familiar with kimono wearing and fabric. (But that’s because I’ve lived in Japan for many years.)
Q4: Who would you recommend to join this event? Women who are newly arrived to Japan. Relatives who come to Japan for a visit.
Q5: What did you like about this event?
I really enjoyed having someone take me to different shops, translate my concerns to the shop, and to be guided through the rolls of fabric. Ishibashi-san is kind and good-hearted with a good sense of humor.
Q6: What did you felt as the improvement areas?
Q7: Any comments?
Kaori is a delightful person to spend a couple hours with and has a working knowledge of what it means to wear kimono and yukata in a flexible and lighthearted way.
She maintains a nice balance of being encouraging but still respecting the shopper—who’s taste may be very unformed or different than her own.
Shopping with Kaori was a good way to burst the bubble of seriousness around wearing kimono!
