オーストラリアの林先生の友人でイタリア（ミラノ）の売り出し中の心臓麻酔科医Giovanni Landoniが中心となって発行しているHER proceeding（ http://www.hsrproceedings.org/index.phpl ）という心臓麻酔・集中治療の学術誌（Intensive Careのsection editorはGattinoniのようです。ちなみにhSRとはHospedale San Raffaele（San Raffaele Hospital）の略）からの依頼です。
現在話題になっている心臓手術、非心臓手術の16個の周術期リスク減少手段（スタチン、硬膜外などなど）に関してどう思うか、という至極単純なものです。
以下コツ。これさえ守れば2分47秒（計測しました。n=1）。
マジメに質問文を読んでしまうと逆に I agreeと答えるべきか I disagreeと答えるべきか、迷ってしまい答えられなくなってしまうのが難点。しかし、最初の14問は
Do you agree with the life saving effects of these drugs/techniques/strategies?
と尋ねられている、つまり、そのリスク減少手段が効くと信じるか？ と聞かれていると考え、最後の2問は
Do you agree with the life threatening effects of these drugs/techniques/strategies?
と尋ねられている、つまり、その治療法（アプロチニン、メトプロロール）が危険かどうか？ と問われている、と考えると簡単に答えられます。
参照文献のpdfのリンクが張ってあって、知りたい人にはお得があります。回答にconflict of interestを選択させるところはさすがですね。
