ヨハネ　CHAPTER1 15-15

15 ヨハネは、この方について証しをし、声を張り上げて言った。
「わたしの後から来られる方は、わたしより優れている。
わたしよりも先におられたからである」とわたしが言ったのは、
この方のことである。

15 John bare witness of him, and cried,
saying. This was be of whom I spake,
He that cometh after me is preferred
before me; for he was before me.

優れた人を見抜き自分より偉大であると認めることは、
組織にをいて人材を発掘するのに大いに役立ちます。
後から組織に入っても優れている人はいる。
差別なく人を大切に思いましょう。

You see through an excellent person.
You allow him to be more excellent than yourself.
That's very useful to make a person grow by the organization.
Even if I enter the organization from later, there is an excellent person.
I'll think of a person importantly without discrimination.
