Data availability statementの書き方

みなさまこんにちわ。

良質のOpen雑誌は査読も早くいいことも多いのですが、面倒なことも多くて例えば、自分のデータを開示、もしくは他の研究者が利用して研究をさらに促進するために利用することに対する同意や声明を書かねばならない雑誌もあります。

最初書き方もわからないし、周りに聞いてもどのように対応したら良いかわからないことが多く色々調べたところが下記のようにテンプレートがあると相当便利だと思います。これはUKの

というところが、すごく役に立つことを教えてくれますので、いつも参考にしています。

 

下記が表のまとめ一覧で、データを完全開示してどうぞ、持ってけ泥棒！？（苦笑）状態でも良いですし、一部制限しても良いですし、絶対に出せない（出したくない理由がある場合）に分けて書きかたのサンプルがありますので参考にしてください。

 

僕は、加速させたい研究の場合（例えば、Systematic reviewなどに入れてもらえそうな場合）は開放するつもりですし、研究参加者の倫理的背景やなどを考慮して制限することも考えます。

 

その場合は申し訳ないですが、coresponding authorに聞いてくだされば場合によっては基本差し上げますと設定しています。

開放して良いデータは 

DOIがある一般的に公開されているデータ

こんな感じで、黒字をテンプレにすると早く、何回もEditorial officeとやりとりしなくて良いと思います（経験談・・・）
