お色はCARMINE REDってジーパンに本当によく似合い赤色のスウェーターなんです。

フランスのKanellは、最古のマリンボーダーを立ち上げた事でも有名なのですが、1930年代から使用しております
古い編み器でゆっくり織り上げるニット製品には定評がございましてフランス海軍はもとよりDiorやSAINTLAURENT
などの有名メゾンのカットソーなどのOEMも手掛けております実力派ファクトリーになりますので、今回別注しました
上記のコットンスウェーターなども着心地は本当に良くて当然ですが、素肌に心地良くフィットしてくれます。
その上、フランス海軍などにも提供しておりましたので、耐久性もございますので御家庭の洗濯機で丸洗い出来るのも
嬉しいですよね。

このスウェーターの特徴の一つは肩から首に掛けましてリブが配備されまして（それも独特な縫製技術です）
狭目なboat neckになっております。
実は、この肩の処理が1930年代には本当に革新的で、其の当時ブルターニュ地方のドアルヌネ漁港の漁師達が
着ていましたスウェーターは天幅が狭くて肩をボタン止めにしておりまして、気の短い漁師達から、
（もっと楽に着脱できるスウェーターは出来ないのか？）と創業者のピエールに問いかけたところ、
ピエールが、肩にリブを装着する上記のコットンスウェーターを開発したと云う事なんです。
ブルターニュ地方の天候は変わりやすくて朝は寒いのですが、日が昇ると汗ばむと云う気候の中での延縄漁の漁師達には
本当に喜ばれたそうです。
その漁師達が、漁をしておりましたが、メカジキでしたので、このスウェーターのネーミングになったそうです。
メカジキはフランス語でESPADONだそうです。
本来のESPADONは、お袖口も裾も切りっぱなしでしたので、お袖口と裾に、
