先ずは、其の全貌となります。
胸ポケットは削除致しました6ボタン仕様になります。
First, let's look at the whole picture.
The chest pocket has been removed and it has a 6-button design.
背にはアメトラ王道のセンターボックスプリーツが鎮座しております。
The back has the classic Ametora center box pleats.
台襟の第一ボタンと、
The first button of the collar,
お袖口のボタン付けは根回しをしております。
留めやすく外しやすい為。
ドレス工場ならではのギミックとなります。
The buttons on the cuffs are made with care.
Easy to fasten and remove.
This is a gimmick unique to dress factories.
お袖から脇それからアームホールと全て折伏せ縫いになります。
カジュアルシャツはパッカリング重視の為、巻き縫いが主流になりますが、
折伏せ縫いは、地縫いそれから伏せ縫いと二回に分けて縫製を行うので巻き縫いよりも手間が掛かっているのです。
The sleeves, sides, and armholes are all folded and sewn.
Casual shirts emphasize puckering, so rolled stitching is the mainstream,
Fold-down stitching requires more effort than rolling stitching because it is sewn in two steps: ground stitching and then folding stitching.
そして縫い幅も3mmと熟練の職人さんの手に依る縫製技術となります。
それから脇裾のガゼットも最近はイミテーションが多いのですが、
昨今は、脇を縫製して裾を一気に縫製するので実は必要性がないのですが、このBDシャツは前身頃と後ろ身頃を
別々に裾巻きしそれから脇を縫いますので、脇裾に裁ち切りが生じてしまうのでガゼットが必要となるのです。
こちらもドレス工場ならではの縫製ですね。
The stitching width is also 3mm, which is a sewing technique that relies on the hands of a skilled craftsman.
Also, the side hem gussets are often imitated these days.
Nowadays, the sides are sewn and the hem is sewn all at once, so it's not really necessary, but for this BD shirt, the front and back sections are sewn together.
Since the hem is rolled up separately and then sewn on the sides, there will be a bleed at the side hem, which is why a gusset is needed.
This is also a type of sewing that can only be done at a dress factory.
冒頭でも書きましたが、プリントのフランネルじゃなく先物織物になりますので、色落ちなどの経年変化も
お楽しみの一つですよね。
冬ですと、あまりお袖捲りはしませんが、お袖を捲った際、プリントの場合ですと白茶けた裏が出るのが辛いですが、
先物ですと、きちんとチェック柄が表現されるのが嬉しいですね。
As I mentioned at the beginning, it is not a printed flannel but a future woven fabric, so it may change over time such as fading.

In winter, I don't roll up my sleeves much, but when I do, it's a pain to see a discolored back of the sleeves if it's printed.
When it comes to futures, I'm happy to see that the plaid pattern is clearly expressed.
それからBDシャツの命とも呼ばれておりますお襟のロール感ですが、
一番薄い芯地を使用しておりまして、水洗いを施しますとフラシ芯みたいな状態となりますので、
とても綺麗なロール感を演出してくれます。
パッと見はスタンダードなBDシャツになりますが、使い易さや経年変化など着用して頂ければ御理解して
頂けると思いますね。
Also, the roll of the collar is what is called the lifeblood of a BD shirt.
We use the thinnest interlining material, so if you wash it with water, it will look like a plush interlining.
It creates a very beautiful roll feeling.
