自炊第２弾 (Cooking in France, the 2nd)

金土日の夜は学校で飯が食えないので、
パーティーにでも行かない限り飯にありつけません。^^;
というわけで、疲れている今週末はお誘いを（あっさり）振り切り、
土曜日の今日は家で自炊と洒落込みました♪

で途中の様子が写真の通り。最初は牛肉の切り落としを使おうと
してましたが、なんと、こちらではそのようなものは売っておらず。
お店の人に頼めば何とかしてくれそうですが、そこまで仏語は上達してないし・・・
というわけで、十八番の料理に変更。牛肉のミンチはちゃんとありました。
（豚肉は味付きしかなかったけど。。。）

何を作っているかは分かる人は分かるはず。
これまで数回振舞った経験がありますから。
で、出来上がりは・・・明日のお楽しみに！（笑）

During weekend, we cannot eat dinner at school.
So, I cannot find cheap and delicious meal unless I go to the party.:)
That's why I chose cooking by myself tonight.
(I'm really tired and easily chose not to go to the BBQ...)

You can see the situation how I cook in the picture above.
At first, I tried to cook another dish buying the cut-off beaf,
but YOU CANNOT FIND ANY CUT-OFF BEAF IN FRANCE!
I couldn't speak French fluently enough to order it to the butcher...
Then I changed my mind, cooking my specialty.
Yes, I easily found the minced beaf.
(However, minced porc was not there except the seasoned one...)

Those who have eaten before easily find what I cook.
I had cooked it for several times before in Japan.
Then, what does it look like?
I'll tell you later, maybe tomorrow.^^
