1週間漬け込んだ豚バラ肉とプルーンの煮込み!
初めて作ったけど良い感じ。レパートリー増えたな。
しかし、今夜のメインは背後のパヴィヨンルージュかも(笑)。

Heard that 80% of us, in Japan, spend this year's X'mas at home!
Tonight's dinner was made of the salted and boiled pork back ribs
with prune and potherbs!
I made it for the first time of my life!!!
Maybe i got new recipe for my daily lives...
However, the main dish might be the wine behind...^^
