Japanese call this dish "Napolitan Spagetti". If an italian saw this, he would give up to have. With a glance they would know Japanese have no knowledge of the word, "al dente". Yes, this is the typical modern Japanese cuisine. Almost of Japanese prefer this Napolitan Spagetthi to any pasta dishes in Italian restaurants in Japan. Usually a dish of Napolitan Spagetti is not served with "meat sauce". I think this may be "Meat Sauce Spagetti" and I ordered "Napolitan".

They are drying fins of globefish in front of a seafood restaurant at Shinbashi(新橋). In the dinner time, they put a fin into a glass of hot Sake. I don't like Hire Sake(= fin taste Sake) so much.

Above the harp player a windmaker puppet uses a fan. When she( or he) fans, I feel a breeze coming down onto my head. I look up above. I does not find any sign of fan system. A wind is real or illusion? I don't know.
