本日、第6巡回区連邦控訴裁判所の3裁判官によるパネルで、シドニー・パウエルが提出したミシガン州2020年選挙の訴状で私に対して下された15万ドルの制裁命令に対する私の控訴審の口頭弁論が行われました。

Today, a 3-judge panel of the 6th Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals held oral argument on my appeal of the $150,000 sanctions order entered against me in the Michigan 2020 election complaint filed by Sidney Powell.
I did not draft, prepare, or file that complaint. My name was placed on it, but NOT as a filing attorney. I appreciated that today Sidney stated to the panel in open court that I had NOTHING to do with the drafting, preparation, or filing of the complaint.
I violated NO ethical or legal rule. I cannot be legally sanctioned for something I simply did not do.
The trial court sanctioned me for acts I did NOT do and with respect to which I did not participate.
My attorney, Paul Stablein, put in long hours and did an excellent job of representing me. Paul is “cautiously optimistic.”
It is important to note that the “centerpiece” of the State Bar of Georgia’s ethics complaint against me is the Michigan sanctions order.
Please pray, not for me to win the Michigan appeal, but for TRUTH and justice to prevail.
It is not about me. It is about other lawyers and ultimately, about you.
In addition to this Michigan case and a second complaint filed against me in Michigan by The 65 Project, I am still fighting lawfare in 4 legal actions in Georgia, 1 case in Arizona, 1 case in South Carolina, 1 case in Colorado and 1 case related to Wisconsin.
Thanks to the LORD, I won the case in Delaware months ago as well as the GA voter fraud case filed against me. TRUTH prevailed.
And my heartfelt thanks to ALL of you who have donated, and continue to donate, to #FightBack to help defray some of the legal costs associated with the lawfare battles and my security costs as the CEO of #FightBack.
I have a dog in the fight. I have spent well over $1.5M to $2M +++ of my life’s savings in the lawfare battles and spent many long hours of my life in the battles.
