原因は，Xcode 4.4 になったが，デフォルトのインストールでは Command line tools がインストールされていなかった。
Command line tools は，
Downloading this package will install copies of the core command line tools and system headers into system folders, including the LLVM compiler, linker, and build tools.
ということ。これがないと，コンパイルできなかったのだ。
Xcode の「環境設定」--> Downloads タグ --> Components で，Comand Line Tools を選択してインストール
