　サンダーが勝ちましたね。おめでとうございます！
　水曜日の夜の試合、インディアナに帰ったポールジョージは、100-95で勝利した。彼は、残り時間10.7秒で、フリースローを決めた。
　この試合で最も注目されたのは、古巣対戦となったポール・ジョージ。今夏サンダーにトレードされたかつてのエースを待っていたのは、ブーイングの嵐だった。
　ラッセル・ウェストブルックが今季9回目のトリプルダブル（10得点、17リバウンド、12アシスト）の活躍を見せた。

☆スイミングのトレーニング☆

　昨日の夕方、久しぶりにマエダアリーナのプールで、スイミングのトレーニングをしました。4種目のキックとストロークを中心に練習しました。クロールのキックでは、上半身に力が入り過ぎています。バタフライのストロークでは、腕が上手く上がりません。基礎はできていると思うので、あとは繰り返し練習し、克服したいと思います。明日の午前中は、ジムでトレーニングをしたいと思います。正面玄関のクリスマス・イルミネーションがとても奇麗です。

☆英会話レッスンを受講しました☆

　昨日の午前中は、12月最初の英会話レッスンを受講しました。水泳教室で修了証をもらったこと、私の週間スケジュールの話題で会話が弾みました。楽しく受講できました。

　先生から、早速メセッージをいただきました。
