禁忌

• 重度のアレルギー（卵・ゲンタマイシン・ゼラチン・アルギニン、その他当ワクチンの含有物質）
• 小児期や思春期で長期アスピリン内服中の方
• 5歳未満で繰り返す喘鳴のある方。現在喘息の方。
• 妊娠中・授乳中の方
• 心疾患、肺疾患・喘息、肝疾患、糖尿病、貧血、神経系疾患、免疫不全などの慢性疾患をお持ちの方
• 造血幹細胞移植など、重度の免疫不全の方と接触する方
• インフルエンザワクチン接種後にギランバレー症候群になった方（要相談）
• 生ワクチン接種後4週間未満の方

　その他、鼻炎・鼻閉のひどい方は接種できません。

「禁忌」についての説明

　製薬会社のサイトや説明書(PDF)を見ると、禁忌に関しては年齢以外、上記禁忌の上2つ（重度のアレルギー・アスピリン内服）しかありません。他の件についてはもう少し表現が柔らかいです。妊娠中ですら絶対禁忌ではありません。

　しかしながら、個人輸入のワクチンなので、当院の判断で禁忌の幅を少し広げてあります。詳しくは当院にお問い合わせください。

なぜかここにもCDCが関与

2014年2月26日に厚労省で開かれた子宮頸がん予防ワクチンに関する意見交換会の前に難波江とHelen Petousis-Harris　との間でやり取りされたメールは、CDCのWharton, Melinda　という人にも送られている。

サーバリックスで、多発性硬化症が4倍、他に結節性紅斑や視神経炎、関節炎のレベルが高い

比較グループでは、セリアック病と血管炎が高い

CDCが何をしたか

Measles-mumps-rubella vaccination timing and autism among young African American boys: a reanalysis of CDC data.

2001年、CDCの研究者は、MMRワクチンと自閉症の発症に関連があるかどうかを統計学的に調査していました。

その結果、アフリカ系アメリカ人の男の子の群では、MMRワクチンを接種する時期により自閉症の発症率が統計学的に有意に変化していることに気が付き、そのことを上司に報告しました。

上司は、この結果をそのまま発表することはまずいと考え、ジョージア州の戸籍を持つ男の子だけに対象を狭めてもう一度調査するようアドバイスし、その結果、サンプルの数が少なくなり、統計学的に有意な結果は得られませんでした。

この結果が、CDCの最終報告として公表され、MMRワクチンと自閉症の関連が否定されました。

CDCの研究者は、その後、この「CDCの捏造」を暴露するために、自閉症児の父親の化学技術者にコンタクトを取り、CDCのデータを検索するようアドバイスし、その結果が、上記の論文です。

論文は発表後「撤回」されていますが、閲覧可能です。

因みに、この「CDCの捏造」が起こった時のCDCの所長は、こちらの方でした。ガーダシルをファストトラックして、市場に出した後、1年間雲隠れした後にメルクに移った方です。

Abstract

The global expression of immune response genes in infants after vaccination and their role in asthma and allergy is not clearly understood. Pharmacogenomics is ideally suited to study the involved cellular responses, since the expression of thousands of genes can be assessed simultaneously. Here, array technology was used to assess the expression kinetics of immune response genes with association to asthma and allergy in peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMC) of five healthy infants after vaccination with Infanrix-Polio+Hib. At 12h after in vitro re-stimulation of the PBMC with pertussis toxin (PT) antigen, 14 immune response pathways, 33 allergy-related and 66 asthma-related genes were found activated.

実験は3カ月から5カ月の乳児にポリオとヒブ混合ワクチンを接種し、月齢6か月で血液採取、試験管内で末梢血単核球を百日咳毒素で再刺激し、RNAの量を測ってどの遺伝子が発現しているかを調べたものです。

論文は、喘息とアレルギー関連遺伝子の発現に関する研究ですが、以下の遺伝子についても発現が増加したことが報告されています。

inflammatory disease　炎症性疾患 (32 genes; 2.84E−17),  cancer genes がん遺伝子were up-regulated (67 genes; 7.07 E−18),apoptosis genes involved in hematological disease　血液病に関与するアポトーシス遺伝子 (35 genes;1.5 E−12) and immunological disease　免疫性疾患 (25 genes; 1.5 E−12)

ドラベ(Dravet)症候群

オフィット氏によると、1980年代に起こったDTPワクチンによる副反応は、ドラべ症候群と呼ばれる基礎疾患（ナトリウムチャンネルの遺伝子異常）があった子供に起こったということ。
