At the end of a shopping street of Asagaya, they set "tanabata" festival ornament. Tanabata festival is held before the "Bon" festival. The Bon festival is for the dead anscesters of the family. But the seven ornaments of Tanabata festival are the symbols of the hopes in their life.
These ornaments are Fukinagashi( long color paper tapes) and the symbol of weaving yarns of the Weaving Princess. These yarns could link hopes of people.

The Asagaya Tanabata festival is now held.
