J’ai lu ce plat dans un roman policier de Samurai détective. Je pense que ça soit bon et j’ai le cuit. Haha.
Ingredient : les ruban de gourde séchée, œuf, poireau.

I read this plate in the Edo-era detective story. I got an idea to cook it by myself. Haha
Ingredient : dried gourd shavings, egg, welsh onion.
