長浜ラーメン！(Nagahama noodle!)

今日は福岡市まで行く用事があったのですが、帰る途中、
以前、職場の同僚と行ったことがあるラーメン屋をふと見つけてしまいました！
博多でラーメン食いたいな♪と思っていたので、これは渡りに船。^^
もちろん、急遽ラーメンを食べて帰りました♪

私はラーメン道にはあまり詳しくないので、よくは知らないんですが、
このお店は福岡市に実家がある元同僚のオススメで、車でアクセスしやすいのが利点です。

ラーメンと餃子のセットに加えて、替え玉１つ！
博多のラーメンはこれでなくっちゃ・・・^^
中でも、長浜ラーメンは細麺だがコシがあって、僕は大好きです！

あぁ、休日満喫してるな、僕・・・（苦笑）

Today, I happened to go to Fukuoka-City, the largest city in Kyushu area.
When I came back to my hometown, I coincidently found the chinese noodle
restaurant, Isshintei, where I have once been with my co-workers.
'Cause I wanted to eat Hakata noodle, of course, I stopped to eat it there.

I'm not familiar with the chinese noodle in Japan,
but my ex co-worker whose hometown is Fukuoka-City recommended it,
so I remember the restaurant.

I ordered the course menu that consists of a chinese noodle with soup
and gyoza (I do not know the exact word in English) and then ordered
a "Kaedama" which is the extra noodle that is served only itself.
(that is, you have to leave the soup in your bowl!)
This is the culture in Hakata noodle and I like it.
Especially, Nagahama noodle has strong noodle, so I like it very much!

...Huh...I am really enjoying my holidays...^^
