Drug therapy in psychiatric care is about "sedation".
In psychiatry and MSE (Mental State Examination), the reasons why people become violent or angry are
- "delusions" that make them feel ridiculed
- "auditory hallucinations" that interfere with their lives
The goal is to eliminate these "delusions" and "auditory hallucinations" so that the patient can live without "excitement," "violence," or "verbal abuse."
It's a very far-fetched interpretation, isn't it?
"Eh, but the patient is telling me delusional stories."
Is that a delusion? Is it a hallucination?
In the severe chronic psychiatric ward,
to test nursing students, to see "how they will react?"
I also realize that many people know that making delusional statements makes "the nurse in charge" happy.
Because "by continuing to be ill, I can live a life with three meals and naps without working (I am allowed to do so)."
If you were to be looked after by others and spend a year "sleeping and eating," would you regain your motivation?
If you're just lounging around in your room for a month, you're bound to get bored and want to do something.
But after that period, your brain will stop working and you'll be "bedridden in terms of brain function, or mental function."
Because of the medical and therapeutic procedures that "make it too late to work," you'll become lazy and gradually become domesticated.
"Ward rules" exist to domesticate you.
If you have trouble during your hospital stay, you'll be considered to have broken the ward rules, and punitive treatments such as isolation and restraints and increased psychotropic medications will be waiting for you, on the pretext that "your condition is making you do so."
Since such punitive and punitive actions are called psychiatric treatment, you can't complain if they're called a private prison or rehabilitation facility.
Nurses are "guarding" you as a guard.
In society, those who are harmful to society or who cause problems are monitored by the rules of the criminal law, and if they deviate, they can be sent to prison.
In Japan, psychiatric care and mental health and welfare administration are also used to carry out preventive detention and maintain public order.
(In the criminal law, the principle of "innocent until proven guilty" is followed, and there are cases of deferred prosecution and non-prosecution, but in Japanese psychiatric care, preventive detention for maintaining public order is based on the principle of "punishing those who are suspected" and can be forcibly hospitalized.)
① People who have caused domestic disputes
② People who have become invalids due to legal substances approved by the government, such as alcohol and gambling
③ People who do not go to work and do not pay taxes
If these people are wandering around, the social order of "Japanese hard work and cooperation" cannot be maintained, so
they are said to have "a malfunction in their brains" and are isolated and confined as "mentally ill."
It's a terrible story.
In a society where politicians and doctors are hypocrites who do not work for the people and only work for their own selfish gain, I feel that people who live normal lives are much more abnormal.
What is the cause of this social problem?
It comes from a materialistic culture, materialism, and communist values, such as "a culture that does not believe in gods"
"a culture that worships the rich and famous as charismatic and deified."
While promoting the SDGs, these values actually deny diversity.
The RAPT blog talks about how to escape from such an uncomfortable society and live a proper life as a human being.
Mental problems and life problems cannot be solved by medical treatment.
"While Japanese people who rebel against God are declining one after another, we who follow God are constantly growing and living in a state of fulfillment (Testimony of KAWATA, one of the twelve disciples)
